Hand roasted coffees -
We roast coffees, in small batches.. and mostly to order.
We try to stock coffees, from seriously good producers, from coffee regions in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamilnadu.
These coffees are carefully plucked, processed, dried and packed by the individual producers. And they take pride in their coffees.
We keep stocks of Washed coffees. We may have some Natural process, Honey process, and anaerobic process beans too, but not all the time. But washed beans, we will have them.
Because we mainly roast to order, unless we have a bag or two leftover from the latest roast, we may not have ready stock beans for sale. So please do contact us directly if you want coffee or any of the other farm produce or ‘stuff’.
We are happy to assist you, and if what you seek is something we don’t have, and if we can help you find another source, we would be glad to. Buying from producers will help them too.
KoffyKraft was established in 2021 to bring a high-quality Coffee Store to the Karavaloor area.
Our passion for the fine coffees produced by specialty coffee farmers in India inspired us in the beginning and continues to drive us today. We pride ourselves on offering a superior coffee experience and in the long-term relationships we hope to build with our producers and customers.
Good beans are the result of hard work and passionate attention to detail of the coffee grower. And it is only fair to do justice to that effort by paying them for that attention. And such coffees are therefore more expensive than ordinary commercial coffees.
